2024 marks 70 years of diplomatic relations between Norway and China. In 2004 Norway and China celebrated 50 years of Diplomatic Relations with a special celebration at the Reception Hall of CPAFFC Headquarters in Wanfujing, Beijing. 20 years after- in what we see clearly is an increasing more challenging and complex geopolitical situation there is – now more than ever – a need to build stronger and more long lasting people to people relations between the people of our two countries.

Members of the NCFA Board will build on their collective experience including the celebration of 50 years of diplomatic relations in 2004 where our members were working closely with our Embassy in Beijing for that important commemoration (see link below).

NCFA plans to work closely a with our sister organization CPAFFC contributing to the commemoration of the coming 70 years of diplomatic relations.
